To make sure your group photo is included in the Tartan Yearbook, please make have your Team Advisor/Coach complete the photo registration at the bottom of this page. 

The Tartan Yearbook will notify your academic team of your scheduled group photo date and location after reserving the main stage in the quad. Please make sure your group is in attendance at the scheduled time.

Yearbook Staff will be taking group photos for Academic Teams from October 10, 2023 through November 30, 2023.

Hello Academic Advisors, 

We will be searching for fun academic activities to photograph until we have enough academic coverage for the yearbook. We would like to know any of the activities (interactive practices, rehearsals, competitions, musicals, concerts, etc.) you have planned for the fall semester that are eye-catching and worthy of placement in the Tartan Yearbook. 

We are looking to schedule student photographers to cover hands-on activities.  

Space is limited so we will select the best activities that we have a photographer available to cover.
